ABOUT ME
Hi everyone! I was born in San Francisco, California in 1987 and raised in Fort Worth, Texas for the majority of my childhood. I earned my B.S. in chemistry in 2008 from Texas Christian University. I obtained my M.S. in organic chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley in 2010. I received my M.B.A. in health organization management from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business in 2014 and my Pharm.D. from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2015. I completed an oncology-focused PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. I also earned my teaching certificate through the University of Texas College of Pharmacy and I am a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties. Currently, I serve on the editorial board for the journals Cureus and Medicine and I serve on the Board of Directors for the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists Research and Education Foundation. My clinical and research interests are in oncology, immunotherapy, pharmacogenetics, toxicology, and outcomes research. I enjoy spending time with my wonderful wife and daughter, spending time with family and friends, writing poetry, hiking, watching sports, and TCU football (Go Frogs)!
